Welcome to Roti Sabzii. We are committed to delivering fresh, home-style meals daily. Please read our Monthly Plan policy carefully before subscribing:

🔒 No Refund Policy

Once you subscribe to a monthly plan, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Change in personal schedule
• Travel, illness, or fasting
• Cancellation or dissatisfaction after starting the plan

📅 Plan Validity

• All monthly plans are valid for 28 calendar days from the start date.
• Unused meals cannot be carried forward beyond this period.

📌 Meal Skipping or Pausing

• Customers must inform us at least 24 hours in advance to pause or skip a meal.
• While we may adjust missed meals (at our discretion), no refund will be provided.

🚚 Delivery Responsibility

• We ensure timely delivery within our service areas.
• If a delivery is missed due to our error, we will compensate with an extra meal or alternate arrangement.
